Reno Venturi - President - is a Producer/Director, Casting Director, CEO Actors Gym, VP of Tripeg Film Studios & Acting Coach who has many professional credits to his name. Reno has directed many award-winning shows such as Gypsy, Cabaret, Nuts and Brighton Beach Memoirs, to name a few. His performances include productions of Man of La Mancha, The Fantasticks,"1940's Radio Show" and The Diaries of Adam and Eve shown in venues throughout California, Missouri, Boston, Maine, FL, CT and New York. In addition to Reno's stage credits, he has many acting & directing credits including national & regional commercials, TV, films and Indie project films including the Sundance Film Festival. He has taught acting for Yale University, Sacred Heart University, UCLA, New England Academy of Theatre and High Desert Talent Agency as well as for schools and colleges in California, Connecticut & New York. Reno has directed & Produced the "Short & NEAT One-Act Play Festival”, which is a staple of the International Festival of Arts & Ideas, since 2000. Previously the Artistic Managing Director of the New England Academy of Theatre, he now owns and operates his own acting, producing & Talent company, the Actors Gym.

 For the past 12 years Reno has been working as a casting director for several productions including Yale, Smilow, NutriSystems, Lexus, AT&T, Delta, Mitsubishi, to name a few, and several soaps, Feature films,Indie Films, Web Series and has been responsible for finding acting jobs for aspiring new talent On and off Broadway.  He currently has a very successful show he directed on tour, "Nipples To The Wind."

Timothy Bonavita - Vice President - Timothy Bonavita was born and raised in Waterford Connecticut, an area lovingly referred to by many as East BumFuck.  Timothy has performed in and collaborated on multiple commercials, short films, web-series, film competitions and independent features.  As a freelance Video Editor and Videographer, Tim has worked with multiple production companies including, LTJFilms, Firesite, Flat-Iron Works as well as others.


Timothy is also a dedicated actor and attends ongoing acting classes at the Actors Gym to hone his skills under the tutelage of accomplished Actor, Director, and Teacher, Reno Venturi.

Tiffany Lee Ferris - Production Coordinator - has been intrigued by the arts since kindergarten. She has always been involved the all platforms of the arts; visual, performance, and even took roles behind the scenes for live and film productions. Over the past few years Tiffany has been able to dedicate more time and energy to acting & film making, taking on all different venues such as live theater, film, commercials, web based projects. She is most proud of playing Eve in The Diaries of Adam & Eve in 2012. While acting is Tiffany's love and passion, her background in management drew her to the production aspect in her most recent endeavor as production manager and playing the role of Ally in Let's Do This Production's web series Pleading Sanity.

Brenda Jacobson - Production Assistant - Brenda has been a student at the Actors Gym since 2008. She is a Production Assistant for Let’s Do This. “It’s very exciting to become familiar with all aspects of producing a project and Let’s Do This is a great place to learn.” When not in class, in production meetings or on set, Brenda spends her days working a full time job in the marketing department of a local law firm.
